Prepare for a 4 am wake up call so that you can fully enjoy your sunrise hot air balloon safari. After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, You will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here at Ngorongoro Wild Camp.

Our Best Safari in Tanzania
I had a great experience with Kilimanjaro and Safaris Africa, I wanted to visit Tanzania but had to make plans quicker than I generally like to, fortunately Stanley worked with me and communicated well so that everything came together in time for the trip. I met with my guide Kazi and his experience on the mountain helped me reach the top of Kilimanjaro despite the doubts I sometimes had that it was possible. It was a fantastically scenic series of hikes and climbs that I will never forget. Thank you again to Kazi for making things go as smoothly as they did, especially during these hectic Covid times. I greatly appreciate the work of the driver, chef, and porters with Kilimanjaro and Safaris Africa that made this possible. I'm looking forward to an Moshi Safari with this organization in the future
